This weekend was the kick off of our season at work, which meant long days, and working through the weekend. It is fun, and the boats look shiny and ready for some water time. I love chatting with all the owners, and spending time on the boats--but, it means I spend no thoughts on laundry, cleaning and
definitely not on meal planning. After a long weekend, I came home to a well constructed meal by garrett lamp (he is the lead singer of
Bear Cove, and a pretty big deal).

- gnocci topped with homemade gorgonzola alfredo sauce
- asparagus with a little EVOO, s&p, parmesan cheese
- toasted baguette dipped in oil & vinegar
garrett's gorgonzola alfredo sauce recipe
1 pint half & half
3 T. butter
1/4 c. flour
3/4 gorgonzola cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
s&p to taste.
